REC is by far the largest representative body for the recruitment industry and is therefore the principal voice listened to by Government and the press.  The External Relations Team engages with a wide range of key stakeholders to defend and promote the interests of the recruitment industry.

REC is a powerful lobbying force in relations with the Government.  We act as a key advisor on Government bodies and maintain regular contact with politicians, trade unions and business representatives.

We encourage our members to get involved since we believe that it is through working together that we are best placed to strive to achieve our shared goals.
